Since 1991, Jane has been working, often in close partnership with others to successfully close in excess of 450 transactions in residential, commercial, and multi-family real estate. That’s a lot! We employ the resources to help you buy or sell property. We network with other brokers, mortgage consultants, and title experts to maintain the up-to-date information that you need. We market property in home magazines, newspapers, by direct mail, over the internet, through agent tours and public open houses and other creative means. It is a 24/7 endeavor.

Community Involvement

We live and work here and we support our community through various educational, religious, environmental, and public service programs such as the American River Conservancy, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The Upper Room, Family Connections, and other community outreach programs. We volunteer our time and dollars to support the performing arts and sports and the youth through local church and school programs and fundraisers.

Jane Layton was born and raised in Wilton, Connecticut. She spent a summer at the University of Dijon, France, attended the College of San Mateo and the University of California, San Diego before graduating magna cum laude from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. She is an avid skier and hiker, has trekked in the Himalayas, and enjoys international cooking. She has resided in El Dorado County since 1990 with her husband and two daughters.
